Zama Shops (Private) Limited. It enables businesses, brands,
startups, manufacturers, retailers, restaurants, professionals, and service
providers to create business profiles, showcase their products and services,
and connect with customers across Pakistan.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered through Zama Brands,
including:

- Business Profiles
- Verified Business Profiles
- Featured & Premium Listings
- Business Advertising Services
- Business Categories & Search Listings
By accessing or using Zama Brands, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree
with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using the platform.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features of Zama Brands, users may be required to create
a personal or business account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate
account information and ensuring the security of your login credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years of age or legally authorized to represent a business.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal or business information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.

Zama Brands reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate
any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, provides false information,
or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activities.
3. Business Directory Role
Zama Brands operates as an online business directory that connects customers
with businesses, brands, service providers, professionals, and organizations
across Pakistan. We provide a platform for businesses to showcase their
profiles, products, and services.
- We do not own, manufacture, or directly provide the products or services offered by
listed businesses unless explicitly stated.
- Business profiles, products, services, contact details, and other information are
provided by the respective business owners.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, availability, legality, or authenticity
of any business listing.
- Customers are encouraged to independently verify all information before making any
purchase or business decision.
- Any agreement, purchase, or transaction made between a customer and a listed
business is solely the responsibility of the respective parties.
4. Business Profiles
Zama Brands allows businesses, brands, startups, retailers, manufacturers,
restaurants, professionals, and service providers to create business profiles
and showcase their products, services, contact information, and business details
to potential customers.
- Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all profile information is accurate,
complete, and up to date.
- Businesses must have the legal right to publish all information, trademarks, logos,
images, and other content included in their profiles.
- False, misleading, or deceptive business information is strictly prohibited.
- Zama Brands may review, edit, suspend, or remove any business profile that violates
these Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
- Creating duplicate, fake, or unauthorized business profiles is prohibited.
5. Verification & Business Listings
Zama Brands allows eligible businesses to apply for business verification
and publish business listings. Verification helps increase trust and
credibility but does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or
guarantee of the business, its products, or its services.
- Businesses must provide accurate and verifiable information during the verification
process.
- Zama Brands may request additional documents to verify business ownership or
identity.
- Verification status may be suspended or revoked if false, misleading, or outdated
information is provided.
- Businesses are responsible for keeping their profiles and listings accurate and up
to date.
- Zama Brands reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any business
listing or verification request at its sole discretion.
6. Advertising & Premium Listings
Zama Brands offers advertising and premium listing services that help
businesses increase their visibility, reach more customers, and promote
their products and services through the platform.

- Homepage & Search Promotions
- Business Advertising Campaigns
Unless otherwise stated, all advertising packages, premium listings,
and promotional services are non-refundable, non-transferable, and
valid only for the selected subscription or campaign period.
Purchasing advertising or premium listing services increases the
visibility of your business profile but does not guarantee customer
inquiries, sales, business opportunities, or commercial success.
7. Business Responsibilities
Businesses listed on Zama Brands are responsible for maintaining accurate,
lawful, and up-to-date information on their business profiles. All businesses
must comply with these Terms & Conditions and applicable laws of Pakistan.
- Provide accurate business information, contact details, and descriptions.
- Ensure that all products, services, images, trademarks, and logos are lawfully owned
or authorized for use.
- Keep business profiles updated whenever there are significant changes.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Avoid publishing false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive information.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension,
removal, or permanent termination of business listings or accounts without
prior notice.
8. Prohibited Content
Users and businesses may not publish, advertise, promote, or display any
content on Zama Brands that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights
of others, or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
- False, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
- Illegal products, services, or business activities.
- Counterfeit goods or unauthorized use of trademarks and copyrighted content.
- Weapons, explosives, illegal drugs, or other prohibited items.
- Hateful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content.
- Spam, deceptive advertisements, malware, phishing, or malicious links.
- Any content prohibited under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Zama Brands reserves the right to remove any prohibited content, suspend or
terminate user or business accounts, and take appropriate legal action where
necessary.
9. Business Listing Responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information published on
Zama Brands is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Each business is
solely responsible for the content, products, and services displayed on
its business profile.
- Maintain accurate business information, including contact details, address, and
operating hours.
- Provide truthful descriptions of products and services offered.
- Ensure all images, logos, trademarks, and other content are owned or used with
proper authorization.
- Promptly update business profiles whenever information changes.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in Pakistan.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in the suspension,
removal, or permanent deletion of business listings or user accounts, at
the sole discretion of Zama Brands.
10. Payments & Fees
Zama Brands may charge fees for premium listings, business verification,
advertising services, featured placements, subscriptions, or other optional
services. Payments are processed through secure banking channels and approved
third-party payment providers.

All applicable service fees, subscription charges, taxes, and other
applicable costs will be clearly communicated before purchase. Unless

Zama Brands is not responsible for payment delays, processing failures,
or transaction errors caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party
financial institutions.
11. Refunds & Cancellations

listings, business verification, advertising services, subscriptions,
and other paid features may have different cancellation and refund
policies.

13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, branding, website content, graphics, software,
designs, text, databases, and other intellectual property associated
with Zama Brands are owned by Zama Shops (Private) Limited or are used
under valid license or authorization. Business names, logos, trademarks,
and other content displayed in business profiles remain the property of
their respective owners.
- Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, or distribution of any platform
content is strictly prohibited.
- You may not use the Zama Brands name, logo, trademarks, or branding without prior
written permission.
- Businesses are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to publish all
logos, trademarks, images, and other intellectual property included in their
business profiles.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, automated data extraction, or misuse of the platform
or its content is prohibited.
- All third-party trademarks, business names, and logos remain the exclusive property
of their respective owners.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zama Brands, operated
by Zama Shops (Private) Limited, shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the
use of the platform, business listings, or services offered through the
platform.
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunities.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Loss, corruption, or unauthorized disclosure of data.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in business listings or profile information.
- Products, services, or actions of businesses or third parties listed on the
platform.
- Unauthorized account access resulting from a user's failure to protect their account
credentials.
Users access and use Zama Brands at their own risk and are responsible
for independently evaluating businesses, products, and services before
making any purchase, inquiry, or business decision.
15. Account Suspension & Termination
Zama Brands reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable, or permanently
terminate any user or business account, remove business listings, or revoke
verification status if these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, or platform
policies are violated.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
- Repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions or platform policies.
- Publishing illegal, prohibited, or infringing content.
- Misusing platform features, verification services, or advertising tools.
- Creating fake, duplicate, or unauthorized business profiles.
- Engaging in activities that may harm other users, businesses, or the integrity of
the platform.
Suspension or termination of an account does not release the user or business
from any legal obligations, outstanding payments, or liabilities incurred
before the account was suspended or closed.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in
accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to
the use of Zama Brands, its website, services, or business directory
platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent
courts of Pakistan.
